Zeboiim

ze-boiim (, cebhoyim; the Septuagint uniformly (), Sebo(e)m; the King James Version, Zeboim): One of the cities in the Vale of Siddim, destroyed with Sodom and Gomorrah. It is always mentioned next to Admah (Gen 10:19; Gen 14:2, Gen 14:8; Deu 29:23; Hos 11:8). It is not to be confounded with Zeboim mentioned in 1Sa 13:18 and Neh 11:34. The site has not been positively identified, but must be determined by the general questions connected with the Vale of Siddim. See SIDDIM, VALE OF.
