Mixture

“a mixture” (akin to mignumi, “to mix, mingle:” see MINGLE, No. 1), occurs in Joh 19:39 (some mss. have heligma, “a roll”).

Note: In Rev 14:10, AV, akratos (a negative, and kerannumi, “to mingle”) is translated “without mixture” (RV, “unmixed”). In the Sept., Psa 75:8; Jer 32:1.
