Santiago de Cuba, archdiocese of
Founded in 1518 as the diocese of Baracoa, which covered all of Cuba, and was a suffragen of the archdiocese of Seville, Spain. On 28 April 1522 the name was changed to the diocese of Santiago de Cuba. Elevated to an archdiocese on 24 November 1803. Suffragen dioceses include
