Charles Dolman

Publisher and bookseller, born Monmouth, England , 1807 ; died Paris, France , 1863 . He published “The Catholic Magazine,” and later “Dolman’s Magazine and Monthly Miscellany of Criticism” which became “The Weekly Register.” His constant aim was to raise the standard of the Catholic press.
